The Police have revealed that an 18-year-old woman, identified as Jesse Van Rootselaar, is responsible for a deadly shooting in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, on Tuesday, killing her mother, stepbrother and several people at her former school before dying by suicide.

The attack, described as one of the worst mass killings in Canadian history, left nine people dead, including the suspect.
