Nigeria: 125,928 new PVCs were collected in 5 days – INEC — Africa Links 24

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, says 125,928 of the 184,438 newly printed Permanent Voters’ Card, PVCs, have been collected in Edo, ahead of the Sept.21 Governorship election in the state.
