A woman (30) from Ekamba village in the Oshikoto region was allegedly raped on Thursday after refusing alcohol from her alleged rapist.
Oshikoto police spokesperson chief inspector Ellen Nehale on Monday said: “It is alleged that the suspect and the victim were socialising . . . Later on, the suspect allegedly left the location and went to ambush the victim.”
