City of Windhoek councillor Ivan Skrywer has announced plans to voluntarily relocate Otjomuise’s flood victims to farm 508 at Goreangab.

Over 1 000 residents have been affected after flash floods destroyed their makeshift homes at Otjomuise’s MG Division area.

Food aid, organised by the Office of the Prime Minister and the City of Windhoek, was distributed in the area behind Otjomuise Police Station on Monday.
