Edward Embashu, who was found at the Walvis Bay harbour on Thursday, was allegedly first reported missing on 17 August around 17h00.
“According to the wife, the deceased was supposed to travel to Otavi to resume his new job. He arranged his luggage but did not take it with him, neither did he report at work,” senior inspector Hilma Shomongula of the Erongo police says.
