The Namibian Revolutionary Transport and Manufacturing Union (Naretu) has recovered N$1.4 million for its workers in 2025.

These awards flowed from reconciliation and arbitration processes ranging from unfair dismissals, unpaid wages and unlawful labour practices to related statutory claims.

The union recorded over 130 formally documented labour disputes during the year.
