The Ministry of Environment, Forestry, and Tourism, Municipality of Walvis Bay, the Namibian Ports Authority and the Namibian Police Force embarked on a welcoming and safety campaign at Walvis Bay on Tuesday.

Erongo tourism officer Suama Nambala said as a number of ships will be docking at Walvis Bay throughout March for the 2025 shipping liner season, there is a need to enhance Namibia’s tourism industry, ensure passenger safety, and promote world-class customer service.
