The Namibian Police have reported the deaths of 10 people over the weekend, with one person alleged to have been murdered and a Dutch citizen dying after a road accident in the Erongo region.
A murder charge is being investigated after the 19-year-old Ernesto Lucas Ngongo Ndara succumbed to injuries sustained when he was stabbed in the back in the Okahandja Park area of Windhoek on Saturday.
