Political scientist Rui Tyitende has described Swapo’s manifesto, which was launched in Windhoek on Saturday, as an empty “ChatGPT manifesto”.
It fails to address socio-economic issues, he says.
Swapo said it has budgeted an amount of N$85 billion for the next five years if voted into power again.
“Swapo’s manifesto speaks to the crisis and poverty of ideas within the party. It has exhausted all its ideas and is unable to develop new ones,” Tyitende says.
