Namibia: State withdraws murder charge against Zambian national – Crime

The state has withdrawn a murder charge, as well as a robbery and possession of stolen property charge against Zambian national Likando Kangombe after police preliminary investigations now point in a different direction.

Kangombe (27), during his second court appearance before magistrate Davy Kambinda in the Katima Mulilo Magistrate’s Court on Monday was, however, informed to return to court as a state witness at a date yet to be set.
