The National Organisation of Parents in Education (Naope) calls on parents and guardians to take a more active role in their children’s education, saying their involvement should not only start when examination results are poor.
Naope spokesperson Salome Kambala on Monday urged parents to regularly communicate with their children, monitor their schoolwork, attend school meetings and engage teachers and school management throughout the academic year.
