Oryx Properties officially launched its bursary and graduate programme in Windhoek on Thursday.
The property and commerce graduate programme was started three years ago, after the company realised there was a shortage of property skills within the industry.
Chief executive Ben Jooste said they started a trial version of the graduate programme that lasted for about 18 months.
