Police in the Ohangwena region have reported that a 42-year-old man allegedly raped his 15-year-old niece.
The incident happened at an unknown date and time at Onekuta village in the Ohangwena region.
“The suspect has not yet been arrested as police are still investigating the incident,” reports Ohangwena police commissioner Melanie Mburu.
