The National Unity Democratic Organisation (Nudo) is taking legal action against the leading figures of a Nudo splinter group.
The party’s lawyer, Kadhila Amoomo, filed a lawsuit in the High Court against Barry Rukoro and six other individuals on Wednesday.
The other defendants are Kapukatua Kuvare, Tjizapouzeu Uahupirapi, Usiel Tjiho, Kavee Rijatuna, J Muesee and Den Maekopo.
