Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) advocates Tembeka Ngcukaitobi and Dali Mpofu are set to take on Namibia’s electoral commission as the party’s local branch was deregistered last month.
The Namibian EFF (NEFF) was deregistered by the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) due to not submitting financial statements as required by law.
The NEFF argues that the ECN must adhere to the deadline given and that the requirements set out by the law were not followed.
