Security guards and members of the Namibia Transport and Allied Workers’ Union (Natau) working at state schools in the Rundu Urban constituency have been struggling to get back pay from the education ministry since 2020.

Affected security guards work at Dr Romanus Kampungu Secondary School, Rundu Secondary School, Andreas Kandjimi Primary School and Rundu Senior Primary School.
