The opening of the N$600-million HyIron Oshivela Green Hydrogen Plant is the culmination of strategic investments, home-grown innovation, and global collaboration involving various companies around the globe.

This was said by president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah when she officially inaugurated the green hydrogen plant, near Arandis in the Erongo region on Friday.

The plant is the first facility in southern Africa dedicated to zero-emissions iron production.
