Swapo vice president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has asked the ruling party’s funders to have open hands and wallets during a fundraising gala dinner on Friday.
The dinner at a Windhoek hotel kicked off the party’s electoral college weekend, during which delegates will choose Swapo’s candidates for the National Assembly election in November.
Funds raised will go towards Swapo’s election campaign in the 2024 presidential and National Assembly elections.
