Namibia: Nandi-Ndaitwah appoints Mkusa as new secretary to Cabinet

President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has appointed ambassador Emilia Mkusa as secretary to Cabinet effective 1 May.

This was confirmed by State House press secretary Alfred Hengari yesterday.

Mkusa replaces George Simataa who has been in the position since 2015. “Pursuant to Article 43 of the Constitution of the Republic of Namibia, her excellency Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has appointed ambassador Emilia Mkusa as the secretary to Cabinet, effective from 1 May.
