The Namibia Post Limited (NamPost) has issued a public apology to social grant beneficiaries and stakeholders following disruptions experienced during the initial phase of the national social cash grant payment and re-registration programme.
The apology comes after the launch of the new payment model on 13 October, which saw many recipients facing delays and logistical challenges.
