The Congress of Democrats (CoD) has described founding member Johannes Matroos as disciplined and loyal following his death in Johannesburg on Saturday.

Matroos was part of the delegation sent to South Africa by the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) to observe the printing of election ballots for the upcoming Presidential and National Assembly elections.
