President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has revealed that Namibia needs N$260.5 billion to meet its climate change goals.
She said more than 70% of Namibia’s population depends directly on agriculture and that the country’s fragile water supplies are under immense strain.
To address this, she said, the country will consolidate all efforts into a single, high-priority national programme.
