Former National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) managing director Immanuel Mulunga has won an unfair dismissal labour case against the state-owned oil company.
Mulunga, who headed Namcor for eight years, was dismissed on 8 August 2024 over several allegations, including the unauthorised N$50 million acquisition of assets from military contractor Enercon.
He challenged his dismissal on 20 August 2024, filing an unfair dismissal case with the Labour Court.
