Telecommunications giant Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) has secured naming rights to upcoming content creator awards, pledging N$1.5 million in sponsorship.

MTC spokesperson Erasmus Nekundi announced this on Wednesday.

Set to take place on 6 December at the National Theatre of Namibia (NTN), the event aims to recognise outstanding individuals shaping Namibia’s digital content landscape.

Some 20 categories will be awarded, with each winner receiving a cash prize of N$10…
