Landless People’s Movement (LPM) member of parliament Utaara Mootu has asked prime minister Elijah Ngurare to have Roads Contractor Company (RCC) acting chief executive officer Dasius Nelumbu investigated for tender corruption.

Mootu yesterday told parliament the reckless mismanagement of funds by the RCC board and Nelumbu has depleted institutional resources.
