President Nangolo Mbumba has described former education, arts and culture minister Katrina Hanse-Himarwa as a woman who lived her life magnificently.
Mbumba was paying tribute to Hanse-Himarwa during her funeral at Mariental on Saturday.
Hanse-Himarwa died two weeks ago at a local hospital in Windhoek after battling colon cancer. At the time of death, she was still serving as a member of the Swapo central committee.
