Marcus Smith has been recalled at full-back as one of seven changes to England’s starting 15 for Saturday’s Autumn Nations Series rugby international against Fiji at Twickenham.

Smith, primarily a fly-half was left out of the matchday 23 entirely as England launched their November campaign with a 25-7 win at home to Australia last weekend.
