The 14th annual Namibian Local Authorities Sports and Recreational Association (Nalasra) Games kicked off at Katima Mulilo on Monday.
This week-long annual event brings together officials from all 57 local authorities to compete in sport codes such as soccer, netball, volleyball, marathon, tug of war, darts, pool and athletics.
Fourty-four local authorities are participating in this year’s games, under the theme ‘Enhancing Wellness Through Physical Activities’.
