The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) has demanded that the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) retract and apologise for a statement alleging the party’s non-compliance.

The party says it complied with all provisions of the Electoral Act and being labelled by the commission as non-compliant is false.
