The Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) launched on 25 January is to be implemented by the Environmental Investment Fund of Namibia (EIF).
GCIP Namibia will focus on identifying and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in Namibia that focus on addressing environmental challenges.
The programme will have a budget of over N$77.9 million contributed by the Global Environmental Facility as well as the Namibian government and other stakeholders.
