Four people were murdered in separate incidents across the country over the weekend, the Namibian Police have confirmed.

National police spokesperson deputy commissioner Kauna Shikwambi on Monday evening said the killings took place between Friday and Sunday at Gochas, Katima Mulilo, Gobabis and Rehoboth.

At Gochas, Muammar Richter (33) died instantly after he was stabbed in the neck with a knife at Hei-Aib location around 15h00 on Friday.
