Retired Khomas regional commander and former deputy inspector general Desderius Shilunga was attacked and robbed in Windhoek on Tuesday.

The incident took place between 23h00 and 00h00.

Four suspects allegedly apprehended Shilunga when he opened the gate of his home at Pionierspark upon arriving.
