First National Bank (FNB) Namibia has injected over N$9.3 million into the elite FNB Women Super League (WSL) for the 2026 football season.

The league is to be contested by 12 teams – two from the north, one from the coast and nine from Windhoek.

The teams will compete in earnest when the new season kicks off in January. The league is expected to conclude in May.
