The police are investigating five housebreaking and theft cases reported over the weekend in the Kavango West, Erongo, Hardap and Oshana regions, with property valued at more than N$230 000 stolen.

Police spokesperson deputy commissioner Kauna Shikwambi says the incidents were recorded between 12 and 17 January, and investigations are continuing.
