The Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises has denied any involvement in the ongoing administrative dispute at the National Youth Council (NYC).
Ministerial spokesperson Wilson Shikoto says the governance of public enterprises in Namibia is guided by the Public Enterprises Governance Act of 2015.
Under this act, public enterprises are categorised as either commercial or non-commercial entities.
