The environment ministry has urged Namibians to exercise caution following reports of two escaped lions – one spotted between Tsumeb and Oshivelo in the Oshikoto region and another at Oromowa, on the western periphery of Etosha National Park.

The warning comes after a traveller heading to Tsumeb reported a lion sighting on social media.
