The police recorded a weekend dominated by drug-related arrests and robberies across the country, including in the capital Windhoek, where officers made a major drug bust.

The Namibian Police Force in the weekend crime and incident report says a Tanzanian national (39) was arrested at Dorado Park, Windhoek, early Sunday morning after police found 13 805 grams of cannabis skunk and 115 grams of cocaine powder valued at over N$842 000 in his rented room.
