Member of parliament Bertha Dinyando has called on the National Assembly to urgently look into the needs of children with learning difficulties across Namibia.

While motivating a report on the proposal to establish special schools in the Kavango East and Kavango West regions, Dinyando said the issue is bigger than just two regions.

“The challenges facing children with learning difficulties is not peculiar to two regions only, it is affecting the whole country,” she said.
