Namibia: Criminals steal G4S uniforms to pose as security guards in Windhoek – G4S – Africa Links 24

Security company G4S Namibia says some criminals have started stealing its guards’ uniforms from washing lines and are using them to pose as security officers and technicians in Windhoek.

In a Facebook post on Saturday, the company’s management says imposters have reportedly used the stolen uniforms with the aim to carry out “irregular activities”.

G4S says its employees do not appear unannounced at any property.
