Namibia: Councillor proposes bigger earth dam in Oshana – Africa Links 24 3

Okatyali constituency councillor Joseph Mupetami says floodwater in the north is going to waste because there are no dams to store it.

Speaking to The Namibian this week, Mupetami said the Oshana region needs two or three dams larger than the Neckartal Dam in the //Kharas region.
