The Namibia Competition Commission (NaCC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT), has granted a 90-day extension to the tourism company Ultimate Safaris and three communal conservancies under investigation for alleged anti-competitive conduct.
