SOME Havana informal settlement residents say they are unhappy with the government’s decision to move the Independence Day celebrations and the swearing-in of Namibia’s fifth president to State House, where only a few people will be allowed to attend.

The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology on Thursday evening announced that the event will take place at State House because of the heavy rains expected in central Namibia.
