Namibia: City reserves Olympia, Windhoek West plots for park development – News

The City of Windhoek has reserved two public open spaces, namely Erf 7146 in Olympia and Erf R/4247 in Windhoek West, to be developed as parks.

The parks will be adopted by Windhoek City Council members Illse Keister and Clemencia Hanases, following a 2024 city council resolution that encourages council members to voluntarily adopt parks to mobilise resources for their development or upgrading.
