Namibia: Bipa signs 5% salary increment with labour union – Africa Links 24 2

The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (Bipa) and the Namibia Public Workers Union (Napwu) have agreed to a 5% inflationary wage adjustment for all Napwu members within the bargaining unit, effective from 1 April.

This agreement builds upon the existing collective recognition and procedural agreement signed between Bipa and Napwu in 2019.
