Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) investigator Oberty Inambao says he wishes he had allowed for proper photographs to be taken during the arrest of former National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) managing director Imms Mulunga.

“And I wish, at this point in time, we had taken the van outside so that they could take a proper photograph of him,” Inambao said in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
