President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Friday commissioned 1 779 newly trained cadet constables into the Namibian Police Force at a graduation ceremony held in the Oshana region.

The officers, drawn from the Ruben ‘Danger’ Ashipala, Simon Mutumba Mutumba, and Pius Joseph Kaundu police training centres, completed a rigorous nine-month training programme under the theme ‘Together We Stand: Empowering a Safer Namibia’.
