This reservoir represents an improvement compared to the 23.2% rate recorded at the end of January, thanks to significant rainfall in several regions of the Kingdom in February and March and snowmelt. However, this rate is still below the 34.53% rate recorded at the same date in 2023, with a storage volume of 5.576 billion cubic meters.

With a 0.36% increase from the previous day, the Sebou basin shows a filling rate of 49.82%, mainly due to a 0.48% increase in the storage of the AlWahda dam, the largest in Morocco, with a filling rate of 57.43%, and the Idriss 1st dam, which recorded a filling rate of 25.53%, up 0.19% from the previous day.

As for the Loukkos basin, which has a filling rate of 63.03%, it improved by 0.23% from the previous day, mainly due to a 0.53% increase in the Oued El Makhazine dam storage at 93.6% and a slight increase in the Dar Khroufa dam storage at 29.85%.

Regarding the Oum Er Rbia basin, its storage saw a slight improvement of 0.05% to reach a filling rate of 7.19%, resulting from a 0.17% increase in the Bin El Ouidan dam, the third largest dam in Morocco, with a filling rate of 9.16%, and the Al Massira dam (second largest dam), with a 0.12% increase from the previous day, displaying a filling rate of 2.2%.
