During the FIFA rankings in April 2024 published this Thursday, there is movement following the matches played during the March FIFA days.

Top 10 worldwide:
The podium is affected:
– Belgium displaces England from the 3rd position. They take possession relegating England to the 4th position.
– Portugal moves up to 6th, Netherlands 7th
– No change for Spain 8th, Italy 9th, and Croatia 10th.

Beyond the Top 10:
– The United States remain 11th
– Colombia, 12th, overtakes Morocco moving from 12th to 13th.
– Among the countries making progress: Qatar (34th, +3), Palestine (93rd, +4), Libya (114th, +6), Comoros (117th, +4), Indonesia (134th, +8) and Afghanistan (151st, +7).

Top 20 African:
The podium remains the same: Morocco, Senegal and Nigeria followed closely by Egypt who moves up one place, from 37th to 36th. Ivory Coast, formerly 39th, moves up one place to 38th. Comoros makes a remarkable progress from 121st to 117th. Nigeria remains the 3rd in Africa but drops two places globally (from 28th to 30th). Mali moves up three places from 47th to 44th.
