The MOGA Festival is returning to Essaouira for its fifth edition from October 2 to 6, 2024. It offers a multitude of free activities and events such as surfing, yoga, conferences, master classes, exhibitions, concerts, and parties.

The dates for the next edition of the MOGA Festival are now known. The 2024 edition will take place from October 2 to 6 in Essaouira. “After the unprecedented success of its 2022 edition attracting a record of more than 12,000 festival-goers to Essaouira and a postponed 2023 edition due to the earthquake that struck the western part of Morocco on September 8, 2023, MOGA is back for a fifth edition in October 2024,” indicate the organizers. Carried by the values of electronic music, nomadism, creativity, exchange, and discovery, this festival has established itself as an iconic event in both Essaouira and Caparica.

Since its debut in 2016 in Essaouira, the MOGA Festival embodies the concept of a boutique festival over 5 days, showcasing the culture of its host city and offering an immersive experience at the heart of electronic cultures. Thus, the first two days, Wednesday, October 2, and Thursday, October 3, will be dedicated to the OFF program throughout the city, offering a multitude of free activities and events such as surfing, yoga, conferences, master classes, exhibitions, concerts, and parties. The OFF program will once again highlight the culture of Essaouira to allow festival-goers to discover the UNESCO World Heritage Site city of Essaouira in the open air.

Over the weekend, from Friday, October 4 to Sunday, October 6, the festival will feature the IN with a lineup mixing international electronic artists and local talents within the property of Sofitel Essaouira Mogador Golf & Spa.

A true festival experience is offered every year with no less than 5 stages including one by the main pool, a market of creators, a well-being area, and around sixty artists over 3 days. The lineup will be revealed in the coming weeks. According to the organizers, the festival is launching the online sale of a limited number of Blind Passes, starting from Thursday, March 7 at 12:00 pm on www.mogafestival.com.
