Linite Militan was in Bambous, Friday with the three speakers, Tania Diolle, Alan Ganoo and Steve Obeegadoo, reiterating their commitment to the government alliance and emphasizing the importance of staying united during this electoral period. Alan Ganoo also called for a “vote of confidence” in favor of the government alliance for the upcoming elections.

Tania Diolle emphasized that Linite Militan is a synergy and that all share militant values to move towards a better Mauritius. She also spoke about her role as an empowered woman within this new formation. She also anticipated that “on May 1st, we will turn the page!”

The two leaders of the MPM and PM parties, Alan Ganoo and Steve Obeegadoo respectively, highlighted the genesis of Linite Militan, emphasizing that this party was born from the belly of the MMM and conveys values of integrity, honesty, and solidarity. “We are here for change, to help the country develop. We are not fighting for a ticket! Do you think they are fighting for you? No, they are fighting to see who will be number one!” declares Steve Obeegadoo. “God willing, I will be the first candidate to break the record of standing 11 times in the same constituency. I fell in love with number 14 and you know how much we have worked to advance the region,” says Alan Ganoo, reviewing the government’s measures including the increase in old age pension and the construction of social housing.

Alan Ganoo and Steve Obeegadoo expressed their commitment to serving the people and emphasized the need for unity and progress in Mauritius. They urged the public to have confidence in the government alliance and to support their efforts towards a better future for the country. The speeches at the event in Bambous highlighted the dedication and determination of Linite Militan to bring positive change and development to Mauritius.
